H3 Video Privacy Policy
How H3 Video handles account data, prompts, reference images, generated videos, and payments.
Last updated: 2026-09-07
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how H3 Video collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the website and video generator.
Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — Name, email address, authentication details, and account preferences.
- Creative inputs — Prompts, uploaded reference images, video settings, and related instructions you submit.
- Generated videos — Videos, task status, model choice, credit usage, and creation history associated with your account.
- Usage and device data — Pages visited, feature interactions, browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP address, and diagnostic logs.
- Payment information — Billing records and transaction identifiers. Full card details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored on our servers.
- Cookies and local storage — Session state, language, theme, video drafts, and workspace preferences needed to operate the service.
How We Use Information
We use information to sign you in, process video generations and uploads, keep your creation history, calculate credits, complete payments, answer support requests, prevent abuse, monitor reliability, and improve the service.
Creative inputs may be sent to the AI model, storage, or infrastructure provider needed for a generation. Do not upload confidential or third-party material unless you have the right to use it.
Service Providers and Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share the minimum data needed with vendors that provide authentication, AI generation, cloud storage, email, analytics, payment processing, security, and customer support.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect users, the public, and our rights.
Retention and Deletion
Optional Google Advertising Measurement
If you choose "Allow measurement", we load Google's tag to measure visits, completed registration, successfully initiated checkout, the first completed video and purchases attributable to our ads. Google may receive page URLs, browser and device information, advertising click identifiers, random event IDs, and purchase transaction IDs, amounts and currency. We do not include email addresses, prompts, uploaded images or generated videos in these conversion events. Ad personalization is disabled.
We do not load this Google measurement tag before you opt in. You can reject it without affecting account access, payments or video generation, and change your choice using the cookie preferences button. Your choice is stored for up to 180 days. After an opted-in payment return, a receipt reference is stored for up to 10 minutes; local storage helps avoid duplicate events. Our server records successful account, checkout and first-video milestones with random IDs. New milestones remain eligible for consented browser reporting for 24 hours; deduplication records remain linked to the account so repeat logins, retries and repeat generations do not become new first-time conversions. Existing operational analytics and necessary service storage are separate from this optional Google setting. See how Google uses information from partner sites.
Service Record Retention
Account records, generation tasks, and transaction records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Uploaded images and generated videos may remain in storage until you delete them, close your account, or a retention policy removes them.
Deleting a creation from the product may not immediately remove backup copies or records another provider must keep for security, billing, or legal purposes.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transport and access controls. No online system is completely secure, so you should keep account credentials private and avoid submitting sensitive material that is unnecessary for a generation.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete personal information. You can update core account details in settings or contact us through the support channel listed on the website.
You can control language, theme, and some workspace data through browser storage. Blocking essential cookies or storage may prevent parts of the service from working.
Children
H3 Video is not directed to children under the minimum age required in their location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where parental consent is required.
Changes
We may update this policy as the studio, model integrations, or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest revision.
